What is World Wide Dream Builders?

The World Wide Dream Builders is an LLC created with the aim of assisting Amway distributors in achieving their success. World Wide Dream Builders' main mission is to provide education, opportunity, motivation, and training of the independent business owners that are Amway distributors.

The organization is an AMO, which means that they are a group of Amway distributor and trainers. They, therefore, sell their products that teach individuals how to succeed in their newly established Amway business. Amway is a network marketing company that has an estimated US$9 billion annually and has been around since 1959.

Amway products include home care, nutrition, personal care, and beauty products. The main products that World Wide Dream Builders offer are motivational tapes, reading materials, seminars, audio files, CSs, and events.

How was World Wide Dream Builders formed?

World Wide Dream Builders was formed in the late 1970s but in 1995 WWDB was officially incorporated. Two Amway top earners created the company. In 1972 Ron Puryear, the founder of World Wide Dream Builders, together with his wife Georgia, joined Amway business and managed to reach the Diamond rank in 4 years. Ron and Georgia saw that it was beneficial to leverage their success by mentoring and teaching others. Ron sought assistance and advice from the late Bill Britt.

Ron had wished to learn the secrets of Britt’s success in the Britt World Wide training program. After acquiring the necessary knowhow from Britt, Ron and Georgia commenced the World Wide Dream Builders which has been very successful. After Ron passing away, his son Jim Puryear assumed the role of the company Chair in 2016. The ownership of World Wide Dream Builders is shared among the Diamond members.

Every member who reaches the Diamond level becomes a partial owner of Dream Builder Company. The member is entitled to all the associated privileges of the owners. This system is an incentive for the advancement of the World Wide Dream Builder, as more people reaching the revered Diamond rank will make company look good.

The subscription will cost $112 per year, which includes WWDB Premiere Membership of $50, CommuniKate, which is a voicemail system at $37, and digital downloads at $25. These expenses will give the subscriber access to motivational audio programs, mobile app, the company communication platform, and book recommendations.

The Standing Order package which is renewed monthly is a popular product among organization users. The subscription offers monthly access to 6 CDs and other related audio files that contain the recently uploaded motivational and educational content. The distributors have unlimited access to the whole WWDB library.

The library includes specific materials that are aimed to be utilized for recruiting and prospecting new IBOs. Another recommended product for the World Wide Dream Builders members is the Dream Night. In the Dream Night, the members listen to the success stories and talks delivered by the Diamond Distributors.

The CommuniKate application is a personal assistant offered by the World Wide Dream Builder to handle different scheduling and communication tasks for its members.

World Wide Dream Builder members are expected to create a network by recruiting family, friends, and strangers to join the business. Further, the members are always encouraged to attend the various events and motivational content and to pay for them. In training, the members are encouraged to develop the mentality that “their network is their net worth.”

This program seeks to instill successful habits and routines into their mindsets and lives of the recruits.

World Wide Dream Builders Compensation Plan

The compensation plan in World Wide Dream Builder requires dedication, hard work, and time. In this scheme, the user will work to build 6 legs at once. This technique is called “Going Eagle” such that the user has 300PV and 6 legs hitting 100PV/month, which is eligible for a check.

Five of the legs are required to be on the Standing Order Tape, while three are expected to be attending organization events. In rare circumstances, the recruit can hit Double Eagle, which doubles the benefits.

The compensation plan function on a “Stairstep Breakaway” model, meaning that when one leg hits Platinum (7500 points), it will break off, and the member starts rebuilding again. This model is aimed at motivating people to recruit and sell more products.

The commissions are paid at 30% and turn to 4% royalties when a leg breaks off. Recruits would need to hit 100PV monthly to be eligible for a commission. This commission objective translates into a sales volume of $300 per month. World Wide Dream Builders is a brilliant concept that can be considered as a passive income stream.

Is World Wide Dream Builders a SCAM?

So, in the end, is there a World Wide Dream Builders pyramid scheme? Is there a World Wide Dream Builders scam? Well, let’s review the evidence.

People are not being asked to put money into some venture with the promise of a future return. They are selling business training and support materials and getting money in exchange for it.

It is also true that independent business owners often use pushy, aggressive, and manipulative tactics to sell products. And it can be argued that any organization that allows people to behave badly in one area encourages them to do the same in other areas of their business.

However, there are rules in MLMs that must not be violated, and anyone who breaks these rules or the law can be held accountable. This is not the same in a pyramid scheme, which puts law-breaking at the very center of its operation.

WorldWide Dream Builders is a wide-ranging business and training services group for Amway entrepreneurs. Given the size and success of Amway, there is a need for the services offered by this business coaching company.

You should also be aware that the majority of people who join this company lose money because they do not have experience in sales or the talent for it. You should think long and hard before you pledge your cash and your time to this venture.

To make ends meet, you will have to spend a great deal of time selling WorldWide Dream Builders products. To make it big, you will have to become an extraordinary salesman, which is not an easy thing to do.

World Wide Dream Builders - Unbiased Review

The company does not run a scam. However, it must be noted that the MLM business model remains controversial. Many of the companies that use the model are closely watched by regulatory and law enforcement agency as well as good business groups. You should think long and hard before you pledge your cash and your time to this venture. To make ends meet, you will have to spend a great deal of time selling WorldWide Dream Builders products. I suggest you skip this program.
